That said, our practice was born from a passion for helping women founders feel calm, clear and confident with their finances.

Traditional finance environments can feel transactional or lack warmth and we’re here to create a safe, empowering space to change that.

So while our marketing naturally speaks to women (as that’s where our mission is most focused), everyone is absolutely welcome here - and we have some lovely male clients too!

Our pricing is clear and transparent. We believe your business and your needs are unique and that our fee should reflect the work required to provide you with the level of service you need.

Once we have agreed on the services you would like our help with, we calculate fees considering the number of transactions, the size/complexity of the business and the amount of work needed to complete each month/quarter as well as the quality of the records.

The fixed fee for each service will always be clearly broken down in our tailored proposal.

Our clients tell us they prefer smaller monthly fees rather than a large lump sum at the end of the year, so our fees are monthly by direct debit, with 12-month minimum terms

We’re based in Greenwich, London but operate digitally so can serve any UK-based business.

We’re an intentionally small and inviting practice so that we can provide an attentive and human-centred service that many small businesses are looking for when building a financially sustainable business.

Don’t worry – most of our clients switch from a previous accountant and the process is simpler than you might expect and we can do most of the heavy lifting for you.

We’ll just need the contact details of your current accountant. We do ask you to notify them that you are changing accountants (we know – the difficult and awkward part) and agree a date that they will stop acting for you before we get in contact.

Once you’ve given us the all-clear, we’ll get on and request all the information we need from them. Year end is always a good time to make a switch (it’s a little easier then), but it can be done at any time.

Once we have all the information we need, we can complete our onboarding process and start working together!

We are ICAEW Chartered Accountants. You can find our practice details here on their website.

This means that the service we provide is regulated by a reputable professional body and you can be reassured that we have the qualifications, experience and up-to-date knowledge and training necessary to advise you.

We are also bound by a Code of Ethics which means you can trust us to be professional and responsible.

We work exclusively with Xero it’s the platform that helps us (and you!) stay calm, clear and confident with your finances.

We’ve chosen to specialise in one software because it lets us go deep, not wide — giving you a smoother, more streamlined experience and the best possible support.

If you’re not using Xero yet, we can help you make the switch easily and show you how to get the most from it.

If you’d prefer to stay with your current bookkeeping system - we get it and that’s absolutely fine - we might just not be the right fit this time.
